Well I'm getting notifications that there has been a reply to a thread and when I log in there is no reply.... weird :?

I would imagine that the posts were deleted by the powers-that-be (on their big floaty clouds in the sky) after you got the notification but before you logged in.

hey! I got that spam email in irish. My cousins are gaelgóirs and I wasn't sure if I was cc'd in on a joke email that happened to be irish. I deleted it when I didn't recognise the name.

do you know what the spam was about?

edited: oh..I just checked my trash folder it's still there.

It starts off with "Dia duit, a chara"...and the rambles on about lcd screens, mp4 players, dvds by a company in thailand...although, whoever wrote the email has worrse Irish than I have...the first sentence: Is le do thoil logh linn chun cur isteach do time.

If it was the same one I got it was an electronics company in China or somewhere asking you to go to their website.

Not a bad attempt at Irish really but I'm sure that was a translating tool.
