I think you've just identified the point! Crazy stuff, Paris should be able to support two clubs.
Fairly sure there is only PSG in Ligue 1 in football - its a Paris thing more than a rugby thing. Seems mad to do it now - when they nearly have two new stadia - would have assumed they would need some approval for this?
