But yeah that is interesting, all Ireland u20 games this weekend might be the reason?
Re: Ireland under 19s
Good point: Trinity Vs Garryown(H), UCD vs Cork Con(A), Landowne must have an u20 playoff game as well, not sure who against. There would be a lot of u19 sub academy guys either involved with the AIL teams or playing in those games.goreyguy wrote:Jordan Duggan isn't still in school.El Diablo wrote:http://www.irishrugby.ie/news/39329.php#.WNJeaW-LRpg

Re: Ireland under 19s
I see Kieran Campbell is coaching the team. Not sure upon what basis that was decided, the Ulster Academy is probably the least productive in Ireland!
Flash ahhhh ahhh, he'll save every one of us
Re: Ireland under 19s

Re: Ireland under 19s
Ta for the highlights, well worth a watch.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.
Re: Ireland under 19s
Ye're welcome!
Some very good tries scored there. Think any more of the u19s will make the squad for the U20 world championship?

Re: Ireland under 19s
Most of that squad is still in school so not eligible.

The scrum half position should be competitive next year especially with Stewart being eligible again.

Most competitve ever possibly.dropkick wrote:True.goreyguy wrote:Most of that squad is still in school so not eligible.

I wonder will they leave Stewart with Ulster, to give the other 9's more exposure to gametime..
Re: Ireland under 19s
I would be in favour of that so as many players as possible get experience with the U20s. As long as there isn't a drop off in ability.goreyguy wrote:Most competitve ever possibly.dropkick wrote:True.goreyguy wrote:Most of that squad is still in school so not eligible.

I'd rate Hughie over Stewart anyway.dropkick wrote:

Not sure about the rest.
