Difficulty downloading tickets for Lyon

So, I ordered two tickets for the match a few weeks ago and I went to print out my tickets today only to find I couldn't.
I have the e-mail confirmation and was issued with an order number and was directed to follow a link to download my tickets but could not do so as I don't have (or can't remember my user name)
I wonder can anyone help or do you think I will be able to sort it out at the ticketing office before the match?
Would really appreciate advice.

You could try contacting Claire in the ticket office -someone mentioned yesterday how helpful she was when they were having a similar problem.

You will need to send her your confirmation email as well

The tickets aren't exactly very printer-friendly either. Make sure you've plenty of ink.

Do the usernames and passwords sent with the original email outlining how to buy tickets still work? I saved my tickets to my laptop at the time so don't have an issue but that might help some people if they can't log in to their account and still need to print their tickets.

The usernames sent were temporary ones... The site asked you to set a new user name... Which if you didn't realise was needed to log back in and keep note of it, is the issue
