Re: Cian Healy cited
Would Healy be going to this hearing? Do players normally?
Re: Cian Healy cited
Usually they do AFAIK, there's a biscuit test that helps determine the length of the ban.wixfjord wrote:Would Healy be going to this hearing? Do players normally?
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014
England A 8 - 14 Ireland A, 25th Jan 2014
Ruddock(c) 19/2 Tackles

Scotland only got 2 Lions; but they have 3 /3 on Healys citing committee.......The disciplinary committee will comprise of Pamela Woodman (chair), Kathrine Mackie and Roddy MacLeod (all Scotland).
What are the quals for to be a citing disciplinary committee?

They seem to be mainly legal people which surprises me as I would have thought knowing what it's like on a rugby field would be a useful qualification when deciding on something so important.desperado wrote:Scotland only got 2 Lions; but they have 3 /3 on Healys citing committee.......The disciplinary committee will comprise of Pamela Woodman (chair), Kathrine Mackie and Roddy MacLeod (all Scotland).

Agreed, the panel needs knowledge of the laws mainly AND preferably of playing the game. I always assume the panel has that knowledge but seeing two women on the panel makes me wonder about ALL of the panel's rugby experience.the spoofer wrote:They seem to be mainly legal people which surprises me as I would have thought knowing what it's like on a rugby field would be a useful qualification when deciding on something so important.desperado wrote:Scotland only got 2 Lions; but they have 3 /3 on Healys citing committee.......The disciplinary committee will comprise of Pamela Woodman (chair), Kathrine Mackie and Roddy MacLeod (all Scotland).

No wonder the outcome is delayed. Obviously the hearing started late while they waited for the wimin to park their cars.

It's a quote from Anchorman used to highlight the ridiculousness of the statement. Stop fishing for offence and get back under your bridge. All Blacks nil wrote:carlow man wrote:The bears can smell the menstruation!Jesus guys, act your age.Dave Cahill wrote:Their periods attact bears
