To be fair to him he hadn't had game time in the 10 jersey in a long time at that point, and that rough experience will stand him in good stead in the long-term. Hopefully dusted off a few cobwebs as well. I wonder is there a possibility of Ringrose being on goal kicking duties? (Unlikely I know).

Does Paddy Jackson have a US visa problem? Second game over there he has missed.

Yes, himself and Olding were (and presumably still are) under investigation by the PSNI for an incident last summer.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Lowe is in Maori squad to play Lions alongside some serious players.

Bad read/missed intercept leading to try next phase and try off Stevenson step and break.

This guy looks a seriously good piece of business. Could be the quickest player in the squad and his ability to offload so quickly could well be lost on some of our lads until they get up to speed with him. I know the kiwis are spoilt for choice when choosing their squads but lowe is as good as anyone in the super 15 this year and he would be mad to turn his back on them IF he thinks going to leinster and potentially choosing Ireland in the future. He may well go back home when his contract expires. Looking forward to watching him. Try scoring machine!!!!

He goes for the intercept quite a lot and in his defence he does get the ball a lot of the time and they were under the cosh for a good while there. Still a bad mistake though obviously.

Apart from that he was absolutely superb though. His support play, breaks, and handling are all top class. Plus he has a great boot on him and works incredibly hard. At one stage he counter rucked on the opposite wing and won the ball back for the Chiefs. Really can't wait to see him here, the idea of him linking up with Carbery at fullback and Ringrose is mouth watering.

I'm actually not sure how good he is in terms of raw pace (I'm not saying he's slow either). But he's skilful, creative, reads the game very well and is physically big and strong. Very good all-rounder.

Look at clips of him on YouTube and he looks very quick to me. Either that or all the others are slow! Lol

not the breakingest news of all time but in interview with RTE it was all the glowing things JGP and Triggs said about us (challenging/competitive environment) that made him/convinced him to join us

Will he be our first out and out speedster since Hickie left? Him and Byrne on opposite wings could seriously stretch defences (assuming Byrne shores up his defence)
After showing Munster how to win a HC final in the first attempt we will now demonstrate how to retain the HC in the following season :-)
