I get the feeling Leo punishes himself daily with the reminder of that Perpignan semi.

From FB

USA Perpignan v Leinster Rugby – Friday, 11th August, Aimé Giral Stadium (KO 8pm local)

Leinster Rugby v Gloucester Rugby – Friday, 18th August, St Mary’s RFC (KO 7.30pm)

Leinster Rugby v Bath Rugby – Friday, 25th August, Donnybrook Stadium (KO 7.30pm)
The odds are good but the goods are odd.

Disappointing that they've chosen to play in Marys. Surely an opportunity to bring a game to a non-traditional area.

Mary's is a strange one, great for AIL but wouldn't have thought it was suited to a Leinster game, even a pre season friendly. Thought Tallaght stadium worked well in the last. Very heavy pitch too, that won't be fun in pre season.

Really should be bringing these games down the country with a rota system for each county. That way every county would be guaranteed a game every 6 years based on 2 friendlies per year.

Same with B&I Games.

They're speaking French in France now. Sign of the times.

If i were to guess, id say something like Union Social Athletic or words to that effect.....in French.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Ruddock(c) 19/2 Tackles

A day later and I could have made it to the game. Pity.

Why? Given the success of the game at Navan last season, you'd have thought they would have brought more games around the province...

It's a good thing if Mary's is your club.

Because I can stroll around the corner, have a couple of pints and get home with zero hassle.
