Hago should never have left Leinster.

Or perhaps never come back.
Said with no malice btw purely that his second coming didn't work out.

We should at least try Henshaw at 15, he did make his name there for Connacht. No reasaon he can't play the two positions like Payne.

I can see.how it might make sense for Ireland, but it would be crazy for us to do it. Noel Reid isn't ever going to enough of a reason to push Henshaw out.

It would be absolutely mad for us to play Henshaw at 15. Whatever about 13, pushing him out would make no sense.

I'm not talking about anything permanent but he could at least be an option at 15 for some Pro 14 games were the squad is rotated and Ringrose is back. It should be an option at least.

Yeah, but we have more decent options at 15 than at centre. RK & Carberry are both quality options, and Nacewa / DK / Larmour can all do a job there. Until Noel Reid & O'Loughlin learn to tackle properly, we need Henshaw there badly. And anyway, if we're playing a game where rotation is happening, then Henshaw is unlikely to be playing at all.

We need to give as many players as possible a consistent position in selection.

Yeah true, we could do with some of the academy lads coming good at centre. O'Brien did some good things against Glasgow and is a unit, hopefully he comes good.

Henshaw doesn't play that much for us. It would be folly to move him around for the limited time we get with him unless it were a weird emergency or we were doing Joe a favour if he was covering 15 internationally.

He hasn’t been his best this season, although I don’t see him leaving. He really needs to start putting in some better performances for a contract offer to become feasible though

Weren't Munster trying to sign some Argentinian to replace Zebo?

I think we might be a bit light at fullback. Rob will be managed in a RWC year and we probably shouldn’t keep depending on Carbery so much there.

Presumably Dave K will play there, plus Larmour.

JC won't be at leinster to play 15, i fear.
