Hot Towel Shaves

Post by DartVader »

Hi All.
Any of you dapper folks out there know of, or can recommend anywhere in Dublin city centre for a hot towel shave? A friend and neighbour of mine is celebrating his 69th birthday and I thought a voucher for one of these establishments might be an idea.

Thanks in advance.

I have been going to Liam Finnegan (Real Old School) at the Waldorf Barbers on Westmoreland Street for many years now. Can't fault the service. John23 jnr sometimes goes to Knights in the Stephens Green Centre, never heard any complaints from him.

Thanks John23. I'll have a look at them both. Google is so full of good and bad reviews that sometimes it's hard to filter the generally disgruntled from the specifically disgruntled !!!!!
