Which I found surprising.
well he was certainly very very good tonight.

Of the Leinster Ireland u20 starters

3. Tom Clarkson(Blackrock/DUFC), was excellent, played the whole game at 3, at 18 years old.
4. Charlie Ryan(Blackrock/UCD), was very good, looked much more athletic that last season. Captain after Hawkshaw went off.
6. Martin Moloney(Athy RFC/Old Belvedere), strong 1st half, quieter in the second, was a strong breakdown threat.
7. Scott Penny(St. Michaels/UCD), excellent all round game, tackle machine.
10. Harry Byrne(St. Michaels/Lansdowne), bar one kick, he was excellent.
12. David Hawkshaw(Belvedere/Clontarf), poor pass at the start to give away a try, other than that pretty good.
13. Liam Turner(Blackrock/DUFC), very good, looked very much up to it physically at 13.

Subs
16. John McKee(Campbell/Old Belvedere) - got 10 mins, scrum improved when he came on.
17. Michael Milne(Roscrea/UCD) - struggled with the scrum at the start but adapted well, carried a lot once he came on.
19. Brian Deeny(Wexford RFC/Clontarf) - wasn't on long enough.
21. Cormac Foley(St. Gerards/St. Marys) - wasn't on long, but did very well to score his try to win the game.
23. Rob Russell(St. Michaels/DUFC) - wasn't on long enough.

If the Irish 20's continue with their current form, none of those new entrants are unrealistic.

I wonder is Hawkshaw still considered an out half. Looks like he’s made the switch to 12 at both A and u20s level.

He is a 10/12, even this season he has played more 10 than 12 when you look at AIL appearances etc.

Where he settles long term is to be determined.

6. Sean O'Brien(Blackrock)

Another one? Can't wait for the day when Ireland put out a backrow made up entirely of Sean O'Briens.

Do you think Kelly, Keenan and J O’Brien will all be given senior contracts?

Yep, Development deals.

With World Cup and possible senior players leaving academy gonna be relied upon heavily.
