Re: Home Pro 14 Semi-Final, Sat 18/5 @ The RDS, 14.30
Does anyone think frawley should be in squad for Saturday? In my opinion he had more game changing ability (off the bench) than Byrne. Byrne isn't going to make a line break or up the tempo dramatically but frawley has those in his locker.
Could be a consideration?!!!

Have we come to a consensus yet on whether Joey is a dirty judas or a victim of Schmifora's diabolical anti-leinster machinations

If there’s a hint of a chance of him coming back victim of Schmifora, if not New Zealand JudasDave Cahill wrote:Have we come to a consensus yet on whether Joey is a dirty judas or a victim of Schmifora's diabolical anti-leinster machinations

Judas had to betray Jesus in order for him to die and rise again. Carberry betraying us doesn't result in the forgiveness of sins.
Anyone But New Zealand

Rumour on FB has it, Munster were looking to sign Handre Pollard, who instead is going apparently to Montpellier. The cheek of them!!!!

I'm trying to find highlights of last years semi but they all appear to have been removed or blocked by Sky Sports. Anyone have a link that works? Thanks.

A NIQ 10 with all the ones they have at their disposal?! Not a chance.riocard911 wrote:Rumour on FB has it, Munster were looking to sign Handre Pollard, who instead is going apparently to Montpellier. The cheek of them!!!!
Given it was on FB I suspect the rumour monger just isn't very good at reading and initially read "Montpellier" as "Munster"
Easy mistake to make in fairness. Skill level of both teams is low and they're chock full of South Africans

Discussing our opponents on a rugby discussion board?
Never thought I'd see the day...

On paper (I know the teams haven't been announced) and using Saracens as the yardstick we should beat Munster.arsebiscuits1 wrote:carlow man wrote:Any team news or is everyone just obsessing about those lot down the road?

Fatigue, injuries and mental well being would be the main concerns.
Could the refereeing team be a factor.
Would we fancy playing Ulster(again) in the final?
The weather isn't looking great which would be a negative.
Our opponents defensive nous and the knowledge they will have gained from watching how Saracens dealt with us.
Iscariot (only joking, think he's a great player tbh) v Sexton could be an interesting match up assuming Sexton is fit.

The likelihood of Ulster making the final is, IMO, slim to **** all. Similar to Toulouse's amazing 14 man come back vs Racing in Paris, I reckon the Ultonians "moral" victory over us in Dublin will be the high-point of their season.....

Discussing a rumoured failed move for a player hardly warrants a discussion on thread for the actual match. Just surprised no one actually commented on any team news or what they think the score would be etc.arsebiscuits1 wrote:carlow man wrote:Any team news or is everyone just obsessing about those lot down the road?

Cian deserves a rest as he's been unreal this year and his impact with 25 to go could be huge. Think management might give jack one final start.
Re: Home Pro 14 Semi-Final, Sat 18/5 @ The RDS, 14.30
This game is hard to discuss without knowing the teams. We don’t know which Leinstwr players are good to go again, we don’t know if Carbery is fit or whether, if he isnt, they’ll stick with TB or go with Hanrahan
