Thats OK - you go ahead and do what you want with the place. I made it for you both though - there has to be some input from T.C.B.

I just happend to be passin der and have the last of m exquis-ih Persian rugs out in d back of me van....would yis be interested tall?......just for you-is seeing as dey are me last won's, ill give dem to yis for half pry-iss!
