I think that was on the bus wandering around Belfast and did the u-turn. It was a great line indeed.Donny B. wrote:Another great line came back to me.
I can't remember who said it but someone looked at Flash and Fungal and muttered "Fecking Marketing people, couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery!"
This was after we left the piss-up....in a brewery!
Thank You

I think that happened to both buses... we were competing for incompetence... Bus 2 won, despite the wipers falling off Bus 1LeinsterBabe wrote:I think that was on the bus wandering around Belfast and did the u-turn. It was a great line indeed.Donny B. wrote:Another great line came back to me.

Actually Leinsterbabe is right, it was on the bus as we were doing the scenic tour of Belfast.

I think some of the clenched bladders on our bus were ready to kill the driver. LM was more than a little bit narky by the time we reached Raversfungalboy wrote:I think that happened to both buses... we were competing for incompetence... I would like to point out that this is discrimination based on gender, which is expressly forbidden under the Equal Status Act (a toilet being a service) and I have Tara on a retainer!!!!!

What's a Retainer?sarah_lennon wrote: I would like to point out that this is discrimination based on gender, which is expressly forbidden under the Equal Status Act (a toilet being a service) and I have Tara on a retainer!!!!!
A retainer is a piece of plastic and metal that is custom-made for each individual kid who needs one. It fits the top of the teeth and mouth. No two retainers are alike, even though many look similar. Retainers are really common. In fact, most people (kids and adults) who have braces have to wear a retainer for at least a little while after getting their braces taken off. Other people wear them to close gaps in their teeth, to help with speech problems, or to solve certain medical problems.
